What We Do
The Modeling and Analytics Division provides --
- Studies and Assessments: The division leads and manages the overarching studies process for the organization as well as the conduct of independent assessments related to program metrics, data quality, resource requirement build methodologies, and operational risk categorization used by managers to request resources. Continuous improvement in these areas lay the foundation for the Army to provide data-driven resource decisions using both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Model and Tool Set Development: The division develops analytical tools and models to support senior leader decisions, including those to ensure the maintenance of, and the assurance of the accuracy and consistency of data over its entire lifecycle. Our analysts also help develop forecasting models that enable the Army to commit its limited resources with greatest assurance.
- Analytical Support: The division provides analytical support related to Army Installations infrastructure and services problem sets. The team manages, analyzes and displays large amounts of disparate quantitative data that enables senior leaders to make decision more easily and effectively.
- Metric Support: The division supports stakeholders with the refinement or development of metrics to evaluate program performance and effectiveness.
