Who We Are
The Research and Analysis Branch of the MWR Operations Division is a dedicated team of senior program analysts entrusted to conduct and resource research, analysis, and program evaluation in support of Family and MWR Programs. We develop recommendations for how to improve program support to enable Army strategic outcomes.
What We Do
We develop comprehensive assessment and evaluation criteria to systemically measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the programs within the Soldier and Family Readiness portfolio. We monitor problems, develop recommendations, and develop problem-solving techniques to optimize program achievements and consistency with Army's strategic objectives.

Mission:
To sustain evaluation projects and analysis initiatives, secure mission-sustaining resources, and advocate for a culture of process improvement and evidence-based decision making for the Soldier and Family Readiness portfolio of programs and services across the Army enterprise.

To develop and implement evidence-based policy and standardized measures of program outcomes, impact, and efficient resource use for a balanced portfolio of Soldier and Family Readiness programs and services
