Who We Are
Soldier and Family Readiness is a team of professionals and advocates who work to improve Army quality of life and provide programs and services that enhance total Force readiness and retention, Active, Guard, and Reserve. We have professionals with a vast array of backgrounds including social work, child and youth development, education, medicine, business, military, recreation, finance, and research.
What We Do
We develop strategies, regulatory guidance, administer resource programming, and work initiatives to enhance readiness and improve the quality of Army life. Focus areas include programs and services offered through Active, Guard, and Reserve Soldier and Family Readiness Offices, Child, Youth, and School Services, and Morale, Welfare and Recreation.
