Who We Are

The Management Support Division is a customer-centric organization that provides policy and guidance to the G-9 staff on all matters relating to military and civilian personnel, supply and logistics, budget formulation and execution, travel, and acquisition management. We constantly seek ways to improve support to our customers by maximizing technological resources to become more effective. The Army values and our commitment to customer satisfaction, fostering teamwork, and achieving results are woven into every aspect of our operation.

New G-9 Military or Civilian Hire

Reporting to G-9 for Your First Day of Duty?

All newly assigned Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9 (DCS, G-9) military personnel must report to the G-9 Management Support Division, Pentagon, Room 5C140, on their first duty day for in-processing instructions. Call 703-695-7127 for more information.All newly assigned non-Army G-9 civilian employees will report at 0800 to the Human Resources Management Directorate, 2530 Crystal Drive, Taylor Building, 8th floor, for initial processing. Any new G-9 civilian employees reporting from another Army organization will report at 0830 to the G-9 Management Support Division, Pentagon, Room 5C140 for in-processing.
