Lekecia Clark is an accomplished executive with an impressive track record of innovation and delivery. With an expertise in enterprise IT strategy, risk management, cybersecurity, data analytics, and change management, Ms. Clark plays a critical role as the Director for ITD, advising and partnering for Information Management, Information Technology (IT), and Information Assurance within the DCS, G-9 Installation Management community.
With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Clark has excelled in driving enterprise transformation and providing IT leadership in Fortune 500 companies and public organizations such as Capital One, Department of the Navy, Department of the Air Force, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her initiatives have focused on IT reform, performance management, and optimization of enterprise business operations within the Department of Defense (DoD) Business Mission Area (BMA).
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Clark is an active member of the Potomac Officers Club, Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association International (AFCEA), and Technology Business Management Council (TBMC). Her diverse hobbies include Sabermetrics (statistical analysis of baseball), white water kayaking, and traveling. An alumna of the University of Maryland (UMD).
Ms. Clark holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Science in Information Technology and Project Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
